Common questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard and your tier stays active until the end of the current billing period. No refund for the unused portion, but no further charges.
What happens if my payment fails?
We keep your features active for 7 days while Paddle retries the charge. You'll see a banner asking you to update your card. If all retries fail, the listing drops back to Free.
Why do I need to verify my business?
Verification keeps the directory trustworthy. For Albanian businesses we use your NIPT. For diaspora businesses you upload your country's registration certificate and an admin approves it.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Upgrade and you only pay the prorated difference for the rest of the cycle. Downgrade and the change takes effect at the next renewal. No refund, but no extra charge either.
